Eudemonia Co-Operative Limited will be the Host-Employer with supervisory authority over the worksite controlling how work is performed for the Lead-employer. This allows learners to become members of the Eudemonia Co-operative.
The lead employer holds the contract of employment and delivers payroll functions for the trainees for the duration of the training programme.
This enables learners to gain workplace-based learning experience as well as other benefits and opportunities available exclusively to members of the Co-Operative.
Workplace-based learning consists of tasks that you must complete in a real work environment. The focus of the learning will depend on the skills programme that you are enrolled in and is specifically designed to help you get the most out of your studies.
