Eudemonia Co-Operative Limited will be the Host-Employer with supervisory authority over the worksite controlling how work is performed for the Lead-employer. This allows learners to become members of the Eudemonia Co-operative.

Lead-employer

The lead employer holds the contract of employment and delivers payroll functions for the trainees for the duration of the training programme.

The benefit to the learners

This enables learners to gain workplace-based learning experience as well as other benefits and opportunities available exclusively to members of the Co-Operative.
